Alucinaciones secundarias a tratamiento en paciente con Parkinson

چکیده

La enfermedad de Parkinson (EP) se puede considerar como la segunda neurodegenerativa en cuanto a prevalencia refiere. EP es una carácter crónico que evoluciona fases consecutivas, con un diagnóstico inicial insidioso y manejo complejo para el médico Atención Primaria. En este artículo presentamos caso interacción medicamentosa poco estudiada entre fármacos antidepresivos antiparkinsonianos. paciente acudió revisión neurología y, ajuste medicación realizado por compañero neurología, añadió rasalagina su tratamiento habitual (levodopa/carbidopa) ello creó cuadro alucinaciones. Tras estudio pormenorizado del caso, llegó conclusión debía ser retirada neurológico alucinaciones remitió. Palabras clave: alucinaciones, interacciones medicamentosas, depresión, Parkinson.
